History
The Higher Education Technical School of Professional Studies from Novi Sad, Serbia, traditionally organizes scientific and professional conferences on the highest level in the country from the field of fire and explosion protection. The 1st Yugoslav Conference on Fire Protection was held in Novi Sad in 1976, and in 1994 it became international. Since then, the conference has been organized biannually, and in 2006 it grew into the congress of professionals. This year’s conference is an international scientific meeting prepared in cooperation with the Faculty of Technical Sciences from Novi Sad and Technical University in Zvolen from the Slovak Republic.
